ORDERS
Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Price and availability are subject to change.
To ensure the privacy and security of our customers, unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Presently we only ship to the U.S and Canada. If for some reason your order with an international shipping address is processed your money will be refunded to you.

SHIPPING
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to use whatever shipping means is necessary to ensure the timely delivery of your purchase. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. Our shipping methods utilize delivery tracking for your convenience. You will be informed if for whatever reason your item does not ship within 5-7 business days of purchase. Please allow at least two weeks for delivery. We will do our best to notify customers of any re-stocking, backorder, change in availability or special circumstances that may interfere with the prompt delivery of an item.

RETURNS
If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with our product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange in its original, unused, condition within seven days of your purchase. Please pack merchandise in a secure shipping box and send returns to:

PLEASE NOTE: We do provide return postage but you will be assessed an $5.00 restocking fee. On international orders, shipping and handling is non-refundable. Once your package has been received by Spye Design Studio, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
